We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation once your item has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S.
Expedited shipping options (if available) will be displayed at checkout with applicable rates.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received:

  • First, check with household members or neighbors

  • Look around your delivery area (porch, garage, mailbox, etc.)

  • Contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Brooke Shop is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately after placing the order. We will do our best to update the information before the package is shipped.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the box and the product

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@brookeshop.store

  • We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate

9. Split Shipments

Some items may be shipped separately depending on availability or packaging requirements. You will receive tracking details for each shipment, if applicable.
