4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund based on the situation
